1. General

In addition to, or as part of Company main activities, broadly described as Engineering, Procurement and Construction, a client may contract Company to be responsible for other activities that could be considered as "servicing".

These may include, but not be limited to:

• warrantee commitments
• claims settlements/resolutions
• spare parts and special tools supply
• precommissioning
• commissioning and start-up
• performance guarantee runs
• as-built documentation
• operating manuals
• maintenance manuals
• operator training
• feasibility studies
• cost evaluations
• site selection studies
• plant maintenance programs

2. Controlling Documents

If necessary, procedures, guides and standards shall be used to control the activities. In particular, appropriate guides shall be used for the precommissioning, start-up and test-run activities to ensure an efficient and safe execution.
