Design standard of typical detail tube hole grooving, rolling and welding tubes. Use this standard for study purposes only. General Notes: - See exchanger drawing for material specification and any exception to this standard
- Length roller expanded to be the smallest of 90% of tube sheet thickness or 150 mm
- Before welding to be rolled lightly in tube sheet
- After welding tube to be rolled finally in tube sheet
