The Engineering Contractor makes a quotation for a project when an invitation to bid is received by a potential customer. The management review package is used to create an overview of the success rate for the project. All sorts of risks and opportunities are evaluated and listed in the review package. The package is presented to the management of the Engineering Contractor when deciding to bid on a project.
